Recruitment Process – What to Expect
If you advance to the next stage of our recruitment process, here’s what you can expect from us:
- Our recruiters will review your resume and experience. If there’s a suitable match for your abilities, they’ll reach out to you.
- You may be invited to our office in Bondi Junction for a quick interview. This is an informal discussion about your experience and helps us determine the best-fit role for you. Additionally, you’ll be provided with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) if you don’t already have it. They will also require copies of your relevant tickets and qualifications and may request additional documents from you as needed.
- Upon successful selection, our recruiters will contact you to complete our Work Health and Safety (WHS) forms and provide you with your job details.
- You simply respond with your acceptance, and you’re all set to get started!

This month marks the return of our Employee of the Month series, and after careful consideration and lively debates among the team, we’re thrilled to announce Heath as our official March employee of the month! PPE Deliveries
We’ve also received a significant influx of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) deliveries this month to keep up with growing demand. Our team has been kept busy organising the stockroom to ensure that we have ample supplies readily available for our workers on-site. Featuring Lynne, fully committed to her role (as per usual), trying on all the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) like a seasoned pro!
