January has been and gone in a flash and we are already at the end of February time flies when you’re having fun, I guess. Candidates are thin on the ground at the moment so it’s even more important to recognize our standout employee’s this month. As a result, picking an ‘Employee of the Month’ has been especially difficult this month due to the monstrous effort everyone one of our candidates put in over the month of February. This month the winner is someone who has shown themselves to be extremely adaptable on all jobs we have thrown at him. We have seen a few contenders for the award but we have decided that the Belarusian sensation that is Maksim Patupchyk or ‘Max’ for short is long overdue the accolade.

Maksim is a fantastic employee he’s reliable, hardworking and is always on time the feedback we get on Maksim on a daily basis is nothing short of exceptional he’s never missed a day in the last 6 months working for us. Maksim also has multiple construction tickets and has proved himself to be a brilliant operator on every site he has been to. He is extremely responsive over text and phone, we would even go and say he would have one of the quickest response times of any of our HLH workers. So shoutout to you Maksim and your fast texting fingers for never leaving us waiting for a response.
