Well, December certainly flew by didn’t it? We are now into the new year and we have seen an increase in bookings across the board from metro Sydney to rural areas of NSW. As a result, picking an ‘Employee of the Month’ has been especially difficult this month due to the monstrous effort everyone one of our candidates put in over the month of December. This month the winner is someone who has shown themselves to be extremely adaptable on all jobs we have thrown at him and the winner is James Medder. He has worked for us as a skilled labourer for the last 16 months on many projects and has always shown himself to be a true professional. One thing we can safely say about James is that he puts in 110% on every client worksite. Ever since joining us in 2019 James has consistently proved his ability, reliability, professionalism and problem-solving abilities. Unfortunately, James will be leaving us at the end of January but it’s been a pleasure to have James a part of the HLH team!
